Necessity to pasteurize sausage packages where the products are carried throughout 80oC temperature, and then carried throughout 2oC. It was installed a pasteurization machine with a system of 2 controllers, cooling and heating areas, temperature registers, conveyor starters and pumps.

PTR SIGMA ALIMENTOS ATITALAQUIA

Necessity to pasteurize sausage packages to perform with the Standards. It was installed a control system based on PLC for cooling and heating areas, and transportation system.

AMMONIA HIGH LEVEL ALARM SIGMA ALIMENTOS

There was not exist a reliable detection system to ammonia high level, the operators realized a direct inspection of the level. It was installed a floater system using a SQUARE-D PLC, to detect the ammonia high level for compressors stopping.

CHORIZO DRYER SIGMA ALIMENTOS NORESTE

It was improve a new design to control the relative humidity in a room to dry chorizo using a closed loop control. Installation of system with 1 Siemens PLC and Honeywell´s graphics register system.

DEFROST PAILS SIGMA ALIMENTOS ATITALAQUIA

It was improve a new design with 2 pails to defrost meat, using water flowage and air injection. Installation of Siemens PLC with an Operator Panel to show alarms and adjust the set points. Network integration with PLC´S, using a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Software FIX Dmacs.

SAUSAGE COOLING MACHINE EMPACADORA CELAYA

Necessity to cool sausages rapidly after to cook the sausages. In coordination with a company dedicated to manufacture Food Industry Equipment, was built a cooling system (Ammonia-Water) to get a final temperature of 5 oC in the product. This Control System is composed of PLC and Operator Panel to display alarms and messages.
